Thee Phoniques exist where 1970s analog warmth meets modern indie-pop shimmer — a powerhouse frontwoman and her band conjured from amber sunsets, dusty highways, and after-hours discotheques.
Thee Phoniques is an AI-native virtual band built around original songs written and composed by Eric Budianto Thornton. The songs began as lyrics, melodies, chords, guitar demos, and earlier independent recordings. The released band performances were realized with Suno under a paid commercial-use plan, then selected and released by Bule Jawa Records.
The band who carry them: the smoky, defiant Maya Valentine, guitarist Chico Lopez, and the sibling rhythm section of Jamal and Selah Lou-Deen. Many songs have earlier E. B. T. demos or releases documenting their development before Thee Phoniques.

Every Thee Phoniques recording started as a song written on an acoustic guitar. Several were performed and released years earlier as stripped-back E. B. T. recordings. Play the demo, then play the record.
The earlier recordings are separate sound recordings from the current masters. All twelve compositions are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
